  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+8) will be processed the following business day.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:
China – All major cities and regions
International Shipping – Many countries worldwide (availability varies by destination)
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Free standard shipping is available on international orders over $100.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order using the provided carrier tracking link.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Fuyihui is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments due to carrier issues.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact the carrier before reaching out to us.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country.
  • We are unable to predict these charges and recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
